Cost-share funding towards the purchase of equipment and/or materials for projects focused on creating new agri-food products, enhancing productivity and efficiency through innovation, or adopting clean technology to reduce ecological impact and carbon footprint.

Other Criteria: agriculture and food producers, businesses, collaborations, communities, projects that create innovative food or agricultural products new to the business, projects that enhance productivity and/or improve efficiency or resource use through innovation in processes or technology, projects that reduce ecological impact and carbon footprint through innovation in processes or technology while enhancing profitability, projects that adopt clean technology at the farm/business level to support improved environmental performance, eligible projects must demonstrate how the project will grow the business in a way that benefits the environment or lessens the impact on the environment through technology adoption
