These AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any business decisions. AI assessments may contain errors or inaccuracies. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified professionals and verifying eligibility directly with program administrators.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
We offer a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription tier with enhanced capabilities. Current pricing is $35 USD per month for premium access.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CANADA GRANTS DATABASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canada Grants Database and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
