Bid adjustment on Nunavut contracts
Registered Nunavut Businesses are eligible to receive a 5% bid adjustment when bidding on Government of Nunavut contracts. Inuit Firms registered with NTI are eligible to receive additional bid adjustments under Part 2 of the NNI.

Other Criteria: Complies with legal requirements to carry on business in Nunavut, Is a for-profit limited company with 100% shares beneficially owned by Nunavut Residents and/or Nunavut Businesses, OR, Is a co-operative controlled by Nunavut Residents and/or businesses, OR, Is a sole proprietorship with a Nunavut Resident proprietor, OR, Is a partnership with all partners as Nunavut Residents and/or Nunavut Businesses, Maintains a registered office in Nunavut (leasing or owning office, commercial, industrial, or residential space annually for primary business operations), Maintains a resident manager in Nunavut with final decision-making authority over day-to-day operations, Conducts the majority of its operations, including management and administrative functions, in Nunavut, Has been registered on the NNI Nunavut Business registry prior to the closing of a Procurement Process, Is able to furnish goods listed on its Nunavut Business registration application and is subject to inspection, Demonstrates compliance with criteria biennially, For additional benefits, must be an Inuit Firm registered with Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated (NTI)
