Support for Nova Scotia workersβ skills development
Provides funding to sponsors to create meaningful work experience opportunities for LMDA-eligible individuals, leading to enhanced employment-related skills and improved employment prospects.

Other Criteria: Individuals must be Labour Market Development Agreement (LMDA) eligible, Individuals must have a current Employment Insurance (EI) claim OR an EI claim that ended within the last 60 months OR received EI emergency response benefit within the previous 60 months OR been employed with gross insurable earnings of $2000 or higher annually in at least 5 of the last 10 years, Individuals must have been previously attached to the labour force for a minimum of 24 months, Individuals' application will be assessed for Labour Force Attachment (LFA), considering active employment seeking, full-time employment, part-time employment while seeking full-time, or self-employment, Sponsor proposed activities must support the objective of Job Creation Partnerships, Sponsor activities must have defined start and finish dates
