Other Criteria: Applicant must be an Indigenous organization (including First Nations on or off reserve, Tribal or regional organizations, Métis on or off Settlements, Métis representative groups) or an Indigenous employer., Projects must be group-training initiatives designed in partnership with employers and other partners., Projects must include formal training (e.g., occupational training) based on participant and industry needs., Training participants must be unemployed or under-employed Indigenous individuals who need and can benefit from skills training to obtain and maintain employment.
