Wage subsidy to hire Indigenous graduates
Helps businesses hire recent Indigenous graduates by covering their wages for up to two years. This support encourages diverse hiring and provides valuable work experience.
Provides job placements for recent Indigenous post-secondary graduates to gain on-the-job experience, skills, and capabilities. The program aims to help interns secure full-time employment with host organizations, while hosts gain access to qualified Indigenous talent.
