Wage subsidy to hire Indigenous graduates
Provides job placements for recent Indigenous post-secondary graduates to gain on-the-job experience, skills, and capabilities. The program aims to help interns secure full-time employment with host organizations, while hosts gain access to qualified Indigenous talent.

Other Criteria: For Interns: Must hold a post-secondary degree or diploma (preference for university degree), For Interns: Graduated from a recognized post-secondary institute within the last 3 years, For Interns: Currently unemployed or underemployed, For Interns: Legally eligible to work in Canada, For Host Organizations: Provincial and Federal government departments and agencies, For Host Organizations: Crown Corporations, For Host Organizations: Community Business Development Corporations (CBDCs), For Host Organizations: Not-for-profit organizations, For Host Organizations: Indigenous communities and organizations, For Host Organizations: JEDI's industry partners
