Wage subsidy for employers hiring post-secondary students for environmental work placements. Covers 50% to 70% of a student's salary, up to $5,000 or $7,000.

Other Criteria: Current Canadian post-secondary students, Students hold Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or refugee status, Student placement must align with or benefit their post-secondary education, Host employers must be Canadian-owned or a Canadian subsidiary, Host employers must provide a new full-time or part-time position, Placement term must be 6 to 16 weeks long, Student must reach a minimum of 180 hours during placement
