Subsidy to hire co-op students in Manitoba
Helps employers pay for hiring co-op students by covering 15% of their wages, up to $5,000 per student.
A fully refundable Manitoba income tax credit for employers who hire students for co-op work placements or graduates into full-time employment related to their field of study.

Other Criteria: Employer must be based in Manitoba and file income tax in Manitoba, Must hire a student enrolled in a registered co-operative post-secondary education program (COS-HI), Student's work placement must be creditable towards their degree, certificate or diploma (COS-HI), Must hire and retain graduates of registered co-operative education programs into full-time employment (COG-HI), Graduate's employment must be related to their field of study (COG-HI), Graduate's employment must begin within 18 months of completion of all course requirements or graduation date (COG-HI), Student/graduate must perform the majority of work/be located in Manitoba for the placement/employment
