Financial incentives for Atlantic Canadian employers (up to $2,500 per youth work placement) and mentorship training for their employees. Youth participants receive funded industry-recognized training, micro-credentials (Manufacturing Foundations, Lean Fundamentals), and valuable work experience in the manufacturing sector.
