Wage subsidies for manufacturing employers
Employers receive a wage subsidy up to $5,000 to support training periods. Participants gain foundational skills, hands-on experience, e-learning, mentorship, and an Advancement Coach in advanced manufacturing skilled trades, leading to micro-credentials.
