Wage subsidies for manufacturing employers
Helps employers in advanced manufacturing pay for half of the wages for young workers. Covers up to $5,000 for hiring participants aged 15 to 29 for 8 to 20 weeks.
Employers receive a wage subsidy up to $5,000 to support training periods. Participants gain foundational skills, hands-on experience, e-learning, mentorship, and an Advancement Coach in advanced manufacturing skilled trades, leading to micro-credentials.
