Financial assistance for professional training and development opportunities in screen-based industries. Individuals can receive up to $5,000, while organizations or production companies can receive up to $10,000 or 75% of the cost, whichever is less. Funds are disbursed as an initial 75% advance upon agreement, with the final 25% upon completion and detailed reporting.
