Other Criteria: Employer must offer a full-time job (minimum 30 hours per week) for at least 1 year, Job must be in NOC TEER 0/1/2/3 (for FSWP/CEC) or TEER 2/3 (for FSTP), Employer must support the foreign worker's application for a permanent resident visa through IRCC Express Entry, Employer must pay the LMIA processing fee ($1,000 per position) unless exempt (e.g., caregivers, on-farm primary agriculture TEER 0/1/2/3, or solely supporting PR visa applications), Employer must not recover any recruitment fees from foreign workers, Employer must verify the foreign worker's necessary training, qualifications, and experience, Employer must ensure arrangements for certification/licensing are made for regulated occupations, Employer must demonstrate business legitimacy with supporting documents, For high-wage positions, employer must submit a transition plan (with specified exemptions), For low-wage positions, employer must adhere to the TFW cap (10% or 20% in specific sectors like construction, food manufacturing, healthcare), Employer must provide a completed and signed employment agreement to each foreign worker, New employers (no TFW in past 6 years) must demonstrate a workplace free of abuse, As of Sep 26, 2024, for low-wage positions, employer must pay round-trip transportation costs for TFWs, As of Sep 26, 2024, for low-wage positions, employer must provide or ensure suitable and affordable housing for TFWs, As of Sep 26, 2024, for primary agriculture positions, employer must provide no-cost transportation to/from housing/workplace, As of Sep 26, 2024, for primary agriculture positions, employer must provide onsite/offsite housing, Employer must obtain and pay for private health insurance covering emergency medical care for any period the TFW is not covered by provincial/territorial health insurance
