Delivered through the London Small Business Centre, this program provides up to $5,000 in grant funding alongside mandatory business training, business plan assistance, and ongoing mentorship for local entrepreneurs starting or expanding a small business.
Helps Ontario residents over 18 grow or buy a business with training and mentorship. Offers grants up to $5,000 for various business expenses.
Grant funding up to $5,000 for eligible expenses such as leasehold improvements, equipment, tools, employee training, and marketing activities. Includes a mandatory Accelerate Your Business Workshop, followed by 3-6 months of personalized training and mentorship (seminars, networking, one-on-one consultations).

Other Criteria: growing a new start-up, expansion of an existing company less than 3 years in operation, buying a business, demonstrated market demand and generated early revenue, registered to collect HST, sole proprietorship or corporation in which the approved participant is the majority shareholder, able to commit 12-15 hours of training and mentorship (not including Accelerate Your Business Workshop), prepared to commit a minimum average of 35 hours a week running the business, able to match the funds being requested (at least $2500 must be cash, balance can be in-kind assets), mandatory participation in Accelerate Your Business Workshop
