Financial assistance (rebate or subsidy) for the purchase or long-term lease of eligible new or used electric vehicles (fully electric, plug-in hybrid, hydrogen-powered, electric motorcycle) and for the acquisition and installation of charging stations. Rebate amounts vary by vehicle type, battery capacity, model year, and lease duration. For new vehicles in 2025, purchase rebates range from $1,000 to $4,000.
