Provides incentives for energy audits, feasibility studies, and eligible energy-saving upgrades to reduce energy consumption and costs. Includes up to $8,000 for audits and up to $1.25 million for implementation. Electricity saving incentives have doubled to $120/GJ, with an electricity incentive cap of $250,000 per fiscal year.
