Financial incentives providing grants for energy-efficiency upgrades across various building types. Projects can receive up to 50% of eligible costs covered. Specific incentives include up to $1,000/kW-DC for microgeneration solar (max $10,000), up to $860/kW-AC for small-medium generation solar (max $860,000), and fixed amounts of $50,000 or $250,000 for Industrial EMIS, all capped at 50% of eligible project costs. Custom non-lighting projects can receive $1,800/kW of peak demand savings or $0.20/kWh of energy savings. Double incentives are available for most non-lighting projects in electricity-constrained areas.

Other Criteria: Owners or lessees of commercial spaces, industrial facilities, municipal buildings, universities, colleges, schools, hospitals, multi-residential buildings, or agricultural facilities, Projects must achieve sustainable, measurable, and verifiable reductions in peak electricity demand and electricity consumption, If leasing, must have the owner's consent or authorization to participate, For Industrial EMIS incentives: Industrial facilities with an annual baseline energy consumption less than or equal to 400,000 GJ, or greater than 400,000 GJ, For Solar Photovoltaic (PV) incentives: Participants interested in behind-the-meter solar installations to displace their load and reduce their demand on the grid
