Financial contributions for businesses (repayable, interest-free) and not-for-profit organizations (non-repayable) to adopt or integrate AI/AI-driven solutions. Other Criteria: Incorporated and registered to do business in Canada or Ontario (for businesses), At least 5 full-time equivalent employees (FTEs) and no more than 500 FTEs (for businesses), At least 3 years of business operations (for businesses), Demonstrate securing/owning intellectual property (IP) for the project (for businesses), Commitment to the responsible development and use of AI, Incorporated not-for-profit organization in Canada or Ontario (for organizations), Track record of providing services to multiple businesses in southern Ontario (for organizations), Have an Intellectual Property (IP) policy (for organizations), Projects must be primarily focused on the adoption or integration of AI or AI-driven solutions (beyond simply purchasing commercial-off-the-shelf AI tools), Projects aim to improve operational efficiency, create productivity gains, and strengthen competitiveness

This program offers funding up to $5,000,000 (minimum $125,000).
