This program supports the research, creation, production, and dissemination of art, as well as professional artistic activities that improve working conditions for professional artists. It is available for incorporated non-profit organizations or artist cooperatives. Funding cannot exceed 75% of the overall budget.
One-time, non-recurring financial support for specific artistic projects that contribute to the development of an organization's artistic activities in all artistic fields and at all stages. This program supports research, creation, production, and dissemination of art, as well as the implementation of professional artistic activities and/or services that improve the working conditions of professional artists. Funding cannot exceed 75% of the overall project budget.

Other Criteria: incorporated non-profit organizations or artist cooperatives that pay no dividends, headquartered on the Island of Montréal, board of directors members mainly Canadian citizens or permanent residents, main mandate to carry out professional research, creative, production and dissemination activities in the arts OR to bring together and represent professional artists/cultural workers, possess recognized and demonstrable competence, managed by qualified individuals, stable artistic and/or general leadership, presented activities of recognized artistic quality, bring together, represent or employ professional artists and/or cultural workers, project must align with the organization’s mandate, eligible project types include: research, creation, production, specialized or multidisciplinary dissemination, publication of cultural magazines, event or festival production, bonus points awarded for significant involvement of historically underrepresented artists and cultural workers or women, bonus points awarded for emphasis on historically underrepresented arts practices, equitable and inclusive practices for audiences, intergenerational connections, and knowledge transmission, bonus points awarded for emphasis on local initiatives, collaboration with local players, and enhancement of the local cultural offering in Montréal neighbourhoods/boroughs/municipalities, bonus points awarded for integration of environmentally responsible practices and pooling/sharing tools/resources
