Helps businesses improve local housing supply and innovate in home construction. Provides support for enhancing construction processes and materials.
Interest-free repayable contributions directly to businesses to enhance local and regional housing supply chains and advance innovation in the residential construction sector. PrairiesCan will fund up to 50% of eligible project costs. Focus areas include designing/upscaling modular homes, 3D printing, mass timber construction, panelized construction, and net-zero/climate-resilient housing practices.
