Financing to accelerate growth in British Columbia
Helps small businesses and non-profits grow by covering costs to adopt new technologies and expand into new markets. Provides financial support for scaling up operations.
Interest-free repayable contributions for high-growth businesses in British Columbia. Funding covers up to 50% of eligible project costs, with a lifetime maximum of $10 million per recipient. Repayment begins 1 year after project completion, in monthly installments over 5 years, with no collateral required or penalty for early repayment.

Other Criteria: incorporated in Canada, for-profit company with at least 20% year-over-year revenue increase, operating in Canada for at least 2 years, operates staffed facilities in B.C., scaling and producing innovative goods, services or technologies, at least 50% of project funding from non-government sources, project must address one or more BSP program objectives: business scale-up, technology commercialization (TRL 7-9), productivity improvement, market diversification, projects are expected to generate strong economic results (creating high-quality jobs, increasing revenue and export sales, growing business sales from commercialization)
