Helps Ontario businesses connect with recent graduates to develop new products and services. Provides hands-on experience and mentorship for the fellows.
Provides support for PhD graduates and post-doctoral fellows to work on industry-driven research and development projects. Fellows gain hands-on industry experience and mentorship opportunities, while participating companies can strengthen their R&D capacity by accessing world-class talent.

Other Criteria: Fellows: PhD graduates or post-doctoral fellows, Fellows must have received their PhD within the last five years, Applicant (Institution-based Fellowship): Principal investigator from an Ontario-based post-secondary institution, Applicant (Institution-based Fellowship): Partner with an eligible Ontario-based company as a contributing Private Sector Industry Partner, Applicant (Company-based Fellowship): Eligible Ontario-based company, Projects must be industry-driven research and development (R&D) activities, Projects must have clearly defined R&D activities, milestones, and outcomes to be completed within the fellowship duration
