OTF provides seed grants ($10,000 – $100,000 for up to 1 year) to fund new ideas, pilot projects, and organizational development and grow grants ($100,000 – $600,000 over 2–3 years) to fund scaling proven programs and expanding impact. It is a key grant funder for Ontario-based social enterprises.

Includes grants for organizational planning (Seed), established programs (Grow), community building improvements (Capital), and youth-focused initiatives (Youth Opportunities Fund). Grow grants range from $100,000 to $600,000 over 2 or 3 years. Advisory support is provided by Program Managers and Communications Advisors.
