Magazine publishers must be significantly devoted to original fiction, poetry, or critical commentary on arts/culture/society, and have published at least two issues or posted 40 original online content items in each of the two most recent fiscal years. Book publishers must have published at least two eligible books with at least 50% Canadian-authored by non-shareholder/owner authors in each of the two most recent fiscal years., Media Arts and Visual Arts Organizations: must pay artists according to CARFAC/IMAA fee standards, Francophone Organizations: must operate primarily in French, actively support the vitality of Ontario’s Francophone artistic community, and submit applications in French
