Other Criteria: Artwork must be created by a Saskatchewan artist or by an artist connected in some way to Saskatchewan (for Permanent Collection), Preference given to contemporary work by living artists (for Permanent Collection), Artwork must meet criteria of relevance and public access (for Permanent Collection), For undergraduate students, one year must pass between their last semester of study and submission (for Permanent Collection), Graduate students are eligible to submit at any time (for Permanent Collection), Maximum of six artworks per submission for purchase consideration (for Permanent Collection), Five years must pass between purchases of an artist’s work (for Permanent Collection purchase, not donations), Open to artists, arts organizations, collectives, and festivals
