(unless eligible for designated recommenders who cover specific demographics or specializations, in which case zone is not required), may apply for only one exhibition per application, may submit up to three Exhibition Assistance applications at a time, if three applications were submitted in 2023-24 program year, must wait for results of one before submitting another, cannot receive more than one grant to cover the same expenses, applicants no longer need to apply before their exhibition start date
