Funding to assist with procuring business development resources, one-time professional services, setting up mentoring/coaching relationships, and education courses that pertain to business needs. Also includes a free HR subscription (available until July 2026) via partnership with Citation Canada (formerly HRdownloads).

Other Criteria: 1-499 paid employees, At least 51% owned, operated, and controlled daily by one or more women, Led by a woman or women with long-term control and management (at least two years of engagement in operation, management, and ownership), Active role in both strategic and day-to-day decision making (e.g., financial management, HR, supply management, logistics, customer services), Ability to demonstrate equity stake (ownership) in the company, Possess an Ontario Business Number, Projects must be ineligible for other government programs such as CDAP and Digital Main Street
