Other Criteria: For entrepreneurs: serious about starting a high-growth business or wanting to take an existing business to the next level, For entrepreneurs: businesses that are investment-ready, For investors: Accredited Angel Investors (as defined by Ontario Securities Commission's Rule 45-802), For investors: Individual who, alone or with spouse, beneficially owns financial assets > $1,000,000 (net of liabilities), For investors: Individual whose net income, before taxes, > $200,000 in each of the two most recent calendar years (or $300,000 with spouse), For investors: Individual who, alone or with spouse, has net assets of at least $5,000,000, For investors: Person (other than individual or investment fund) who has net assets of at least $5,000,000, For investors: Seeking opportunities to invest in companies in which they can take an active interest
