Browse Open ProgramsHelps Northern Indigenous groups pay for radio and television projects that support their languages and cultures. Covers all eligible expenses, up to $2.5 million each year.
Supports the production and distribution of culturally relevant Indigenous radio and television programming in the North, contributing to the protection, enhancement, reclamation, revitalization, maintenance and strengthening of Indigenous languages and cultures, and providing avenues to articulate issues of relevance to Indigenous audiences and communities. Funding can cover up to 100% of eligible project costs, up to $2,500,000 per fiscal year.
