Subordinated interest-free loans providing capital and/or working capital to assist Manitoba First Nation entrepreneurs and enhance their ability to leverage financing from other institutions. Loans are repayable over 10 to 20 years.

Other Criteria: Member of a Manitoba First Nation, living on or off reserve in Manitoba, Aged 18 and over, Eligible to work in Canada, Provide a sound business plan that demonstrates viability of the business, Contribute equity equal to a minimum of 5% of the total project costs (higher for higher risk projects), Must address any unresolved collection issues, Business name should be registered with the Companies Office
