Other Criteria: incorporated not-for-profit organizations, Francophone or bilingual organizations, provide programs or services in French to Francophone communities, includes community and economic development organizations, not-for-profit organizations and associations, post-secondary institutions offering full-time programs in French, projects must focus on incremental activities and increase services/products beyond current day-to-day operations or already funded activities, applicant must contribute a minimum of 30% of eligible project costs (cash or in-kind), priority may be given to projects related to women, youth, clean technology, the social economy (early childhood, integration of newcomers), and tourism
