Supports research, development, creation, production and sharing of artistic work, professional development, and project activities from initial idea to public presentation. Multi-year funding is also available for eligible arts organizations. Access Support is available for specific services.

Other Criteria: Canadian citizens or permanent residents (for individuals), recognized by peers as professionals (for individuals), with training in their art form (for individuals), incorporated not-for-profit arts organizations from Canada (for Artist-driven Organizations component), artist-driven organizations led by artistic leaders, entities from Canada that play unique business roles in promoting architecture or sharing works by writers or music and sound artists (Business cultural connector profile), Cultural carriers (Elders, knowledge keepers, traditional educators, language holders) within First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities
