Other Criteria: Employers must apply within three months of the individual starting the position, Employer must have a job available for the employee at the end of training, Training must be short-term (up to 52 weeks), Training must be provided by an eligible third-party training institution, Supports individuals who are under-employed, or employed and in need of training to maintain or move to a different or better job, Eligible training includes essential skills, technical, business, management and leadership, and short-term certificate training
