Wage funding for employers to cover 75% of a young professional's salary, up to $20,000. For placements in Northern, Rural, or Remote areas, or for participants with disabilities or Indigenous backgrounds, funding can be up to $30,000. The program also provides job training, mentorship, and opportunities for participants to build a professional network.
