Non-dilutive co-investment funding with project oversight and contract-based commitments for technology-driven innovation projects, primarily focused on commercialization and talent development. Matchmaking support is also available. Specific calls for proposals have dedicated total funding pools (e.g., $6.2M for Genomics Innovation).
