Official legal protection and recognition for original literary, dramatic, musical, and artistic works, as well as performers' performances, sound recordings, and communication signals. Registration provides a certificate as evidence of copyright ownership and deterrence against unauthorized use. The program also offers extensive educational and advisory resources on copyright law and its application.
