Benefits include 0% interest loans, forgivable loans, direct grants for project costs (e.g., safety audits, facade enhancements, vacant commercial space fit-outs, office-to-residential conversions), tax increment grants, and development charge rebates for residential or industrial developments. Funding amounts and terms vary significantly by individual sub-program.
