One-on-one and group mentoring sessions, business development education, tailored educational programming, and networking opportunities. Mentees gain access to CQCC's network, events, and a community of entrepreneurs. Upon program completion, mentees are invited to pursue diverse supplier certification, with the first year provided free (value $449).

Other Criteria: Mentees must self-identify as 2SLGBTQI+, Mentees must be a part-time or full-time entrepreneur, Mentees must be 18+ years old, Mentees must commit 4-6 hours per month for 10 months, Mentees must complete OUT For Business's training sessions, Mentors must self-identify as 2SLGBTQI+, Mentors must be business leaders, professionals, employees, retirees, or individuals with relevant expertise (e.g., marketing, business development, financial planning), Mentors must commit 3 hours per month for 10 months, Mentors must meet mentee virtually or in person at least once a month for at least 1 hour/month, Mentors must complete OUT For Business's training sessions, Entrepreneur mentors must have run a business (sole proprietorship, partnership, registered or incorporated) for 2+ years, Intrapreneur mentors must have worked at least 2 years in a corporate/business or nonprofit environment
