Protection for farming income
Helps Ontario farmers manage big income drops from production losses or rising costs. Provides financial support during tough market conditions.
AgriStability protects producers from large declines in their farming income caused by production loss, increased costs or market conditions. It provides compensation when a farm's margin falls below 70% of its recent average. The compensation rate is increased to 90% for the 2025 program year only.
