Funding to bring broadband to remote areas
Funding for broadband infrastructure projects to bring high-speed Internet (minimum 50/10 Mbps download/upload) to unserved and underserved rural, remote, and Indigenous communities across Canada. Project funding can be up to 75% of eligible costs, or up to 90% for projects targeting very remote, satellite-dependent, or Indigenous communities. Also provides funding for mobile projects that primarily benefit Indigenous peoples (up to 90% of eligible costs). Pathfinder services and support are also available.
