Other Criteria: Registered with the Quebec Business Registry, Have an establishment operating in Quebec, Main economic activity is food processing, or an agricultural operation, or in the fisheries/commercial aquaculture sector, or subcontracts all food processing in Quebec, Products are listed in the Rรฉpertoire des aliments quรฉbรฉcois (RAQ) before the first request for financial assistance or within the first six months of the project, For projects targeting Canada (outside Quebec): minimum annual revenue of $1 million, hold a license from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) under the Safe Food for Canadian Regulations (SFCR), and have been marketing products on foreign markets for two years OR sell products on a regular basis in at least one other Canadian province or territory, For international projects (outside Canada): minimum annual revenue of $2 million, hold a license from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) under the Safe Food for Canadian Regulations (SFCR), have been marketing products on foreign markets for three years OR have been selling products internationally on a regular basis for at least one year, and hold a Canada Revenue Agency import-export program account
