Non-repayable contributions up to $250,000 for placemaking and community projects. Successful applicants may receive up to 25% of approved costs in advance. Benefits include custom market research reports, one-on-one consultation with a Portfolio Manager, capacity building, skill development, and strengthening community identity.

Other Criteria: non-profit organizations, municipalities, community groups, projects focused on placemaking, community enhancements, or streetscape improvements, projects designed to draw visitors and increase local vibrancy, projects supporting sustainable placemaking strategies, projects delivering lasting economic and social benefits, particularly for equity-deserving groups, projects with a clearly defined geographic area and well-conceived objectives, projects with a clear scope, objective, and innovative or reimagined activation, supported by a strong project team with a well-thought-out implementation plan, fully costed budget, clearly articulated plan to measure success, proposed geographic area has a clearly defined need (demonstrated by retail spend, mobility, demographic representation)
