📝Steps to ApplySource

• Submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) to apply for funding.
• Receive guidance from an INSAT Program Manager.
• Submit the project application for evaluation.
• Project application is reviewed by the INSAT Project Evaluation Committee.
• Receive feedback from the Board of Directors and make amendments if necessary.
• Negotiate the contract and finalize Intellectual Property (IP) arrangements.
• Sign the contract and begin the project.
