Funding to transition to a green economy
Non-repayable funding to de-risk commercial and non-commercial activities that facilitate Newfoundland and Labrador's transition to a green economy. Supports include greening commercial operations in traditional sectors, developing new green opportunities, R&D (TRL 3-9), supply chain improvement, market development, and education/awareness. Funding covers incremental technology, capital, and specialized labour costs. Non-commercial projects can receive up to 50% of eligible costs; commercial projects up to 40%. Indigenous and Rural projects have no minimum funding size.
