Matching funding provided on a reimbursement basis, up to 50% of total eligible project costs or $250,000, for projects with total costs between $200,000 and $500,000. A non-refundable project management fee of 5% of CFIN funding applies. The program accelerates commercialization of Canadian food technology innovations through demonstration and piloting in operational environments.
