The Manitoba Food Development Centre is a fee-for-service research and development facility providing technical assistance, business development, marketing, and pathfinding services to agri-food businesses. They support innovation and commercialization of protein products through laboratory and pilot scale research, prototype development, formulation, processing, functionality testing, and regulatory assistance.
