Tax credit for film production in Newfoundland and Labrador
A refundable provincial Corporate Income Tax credit for eligible local film projects. The credit is calculated at a rate of 40% of eligible local labour costs, not to exceed 25% of total production costs, with a maximum credit limit of $5 million per corporation for productions beginning on or after July 1, 2021.
