Loans for diversified and inclusive Quebec businesses
Conventional loans for business growth, acquisition, or succession projects. Funds can be used for acquiring tangible and intangible assets, working capital related to business operations, development and marketing of new products and services, and share purchases or buybacks. Loans feature an interest rate calculated from a base rate plus a risk premium, an amortization period of 2 to 8 years, and the possibility of a moratorium (including for parental leave). File set-up fees range from $350 to $650, and an annual loan management fee of 0.40% of the loan balance (min $200, max $2700) applies.

Other Criteria: requires a capital outlay of at least 5% of the value of the project, must contribute to one or more of the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), operates as an impact enterprise (services/products offer a solution to a social or environmental issue) OR an eco-friendly business (integrating or improving sustainable development practices), generating positive impacts on society, adopting different, innovative, and conscious business models
