📌Additional Criteria

• Incorporated under the laws of Canada, a province or a territory
• For-profit company or not-for-profit organization
• Canadian-owned and -controlled
• At least 1 full-time employee (who receives a salary and works at least 30 hours a week)
• Project must have creative content developed and ready for sales (applicant holds IP rights)
• Project must allow creative industries to expand their sales into international markets and/or develop international business networks and partnerships
• Project must expect to generate export revenues or lead to generating export revenues
• Minimum total project cost of $15,000
• Project must be funded at a minimum of 25% by private sources
