Wage subsidies to hire summer students looking for careers in the clean economy
Provides host employers with new talent through 9-week and 15-week internships. Offers comprehensive HR support, recruitment assistance (screening, interviewing, onboarding), OH&S resources, employer training, and mentoring support. Focuses on fostering youth employment in the clean economy, with a particular emphasis on underrepresented youth in Nova Scotia.
