Financial assistance for projects in Quebec's vulnerable RCMs
Helps economically vulnerable communities in Quebec create jobs and attract businesses. Provides funding for projects that boost local economies.
Financial assistance (repayable contributions/loans) of up to 75% of authorized costs for SMEs, with repayments beginning two years after project completion. Non-repayable contributions (grants) may be considered for SMEs on an exceptional basis, with amounts below $100K. Non-repayable contributions (grants) of up to 90% of authorized costs are available for non-profit organizations and other eligible entities. Funding aims to support projects that generate economic spin-offs, contribute to revitalization, reindustrialization, and enhance competitiveness in targeted Quebec RCMs across various sectors including tourism, agri-food, and technology.
